Laws on schooling of children is being taken seriously all around the world, and why not. Kids are the future generation and to do good for the society they need to be properly educated with good values and to be tought good things in life.
By law, all children going to school must receive good full time education and it is up to the parent that they get it. If your child is not willing to go to school it is your duty to seek help if you are not able to make your child understand.
If you do not ask for help you are liable to get a penalty of upto 50 pounds in the UK which swiftly becomes 100 quid if not paid in the same month. If penalty is not paid even then prosecution cannot be ruled out!
There are instituions in the USA like American School Safety which also offer you help if you are in that part of the world.
