Police brutality
The general public often expects a lot from police officials and they are meant to protect the civilians from harm getting done on them. Although sometimes there are officers who ignore this and indulge in police brutality and bad behavior.
Legal claims filed against the cops are often as follows -
1. Excessive force used. This is done when the police officers use more force than what is needed and often ignore public safety.
2. False arrest. The police force takes advantage of civilians and claim false arrest on people on ‘probable cause’ which is often not justified.
